I'm only sorry it's taken me so long to write a review! What a delightful find. Francesca is a wonderful host, the property is great, a two bed b'n'b at the top of a quiet apartment block. The terrace is great and the bed was very comfortable. With the shutters down we slept so well. I'd recommend Skyline to anybody and it's in a great location for strolling in to town.

Everything, a perfect unique sanctuary. Such a boutique decor, amazingly individual taste but so, so beautiful which was warm and welcoming. Fabulous terrace, spacious room and free coffee/tea on tap. I wanted to move in forever

Francesca was extremely nice and welcoming. The apartment was great - very design - it looked brand new and was very clean. the breakfast was home made and delicious.

The hostess was very kind..the location was super.Clean room..very nice bathroom.. good breakfast and a very lovely balcony.A bus and taxi station for the center was very near if you didnt want to walk.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The host Francesca was so helpful and made a great breakfast for us both mornings of our stay. The B&B was very trendy and had a great terrace to relax on. It was also spotless and a very comfortable size. The location was also easy to get into the centre of Bologna. We will be staying here again the next time we come to Bologna.

Unfortunately I only stayed one night...wish I had more days here. Everything is beyond perfect...the 7th-floor room is decorated so nicely, modern yet cozy. Everything is super clean, the terrace is simply wonderful, the owner is so very nice, breakfast is included (inside or on the terrace) and you definitely won't leave hungry. Loved the shower, the bed, the quiet, the high value.

Francesca was very helpful and happy help in anyway. Breakfast was very nice with lots of homemade jams and cake. Eggs of any kind are not a problem, just ask!

The place was amazing, beautiful and cozy. Francesca was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was superb. Everything was perfect. I highly recomend it to anyone that needs to stay a few nights in Bologna.

The property has a perfect location, a beautiful view of the entire city. Pimped equipment design where every single thing is almost perfect! Francesca's been the best host ever! Perfect communication, early check in, delicious breakfast on request on the terrace with a view of the entire city. This is what you want!

This apartment b&b was so charming and beautifully designed in an eclectic style. We were just outside the historical center, which was a great location for us, and we were able to park our car right outside the property for free. The owner was so friendly, and made us very welcome. The b&b has a really great terrace, lovely beds, and a really great bathroom.

Excellent location, adorable B&B and super comfortable stay. Stayed here for a weekend and it was just perfect. Check-in was smooth, hosts are super communicative and whole stay was perfect. Couldnt eat breakfast both days as we had to leave early and Matteo made sure he left some snacks for us with a note each day. Bus stops within 2 mins of the apartment and just a few stops away from Bologna Centrale.

We were very happy with our Bologna Accommodation. The parking was right outside the front of the building. The host was very helpful and provided us with an early breakfast as we had an early flight. The room was clean and spacious. The location was great. We would stay here again. Thank you.

Everything! This B&B had everything you could ask for. Comfy bed, superb shower, Netflix, an amazing terrace, stunning decor. Francesca goes above and beyond to help guests and is so generous with breakfast. She also offers laundry service which was a dream and very reasonably priced. Her dog Pepita is also incredibly sweet and a nice touch of home for those missing their pets. I stayed here for a longer period (10 days) and it was the perfect break and place to relax. Ive been travelling for four months and was looking forward to staying here the most and it absolutely lived up to expectations.

The room was thoughtfully decorated with a comfy bed and nice sheets. Loved the little terrace / balcony. The staff were so lovely and kind, and breakfast included an excellent range of homemade jams (and I think homemade bread), as well as yoghurt and fresh fruit, with cheese / eggs available on request. It's not too long a walk to the centre (maybe 15 mins), though does feel a bit out of the way.

Felt like home! The room and bathroom was very clean and we had all necessary equipment - everything modern! The room also had a private balcony, it was fantastic to have breakfast outside. The lovely owner, Francesca, made us everyday fresh and delicious breakfast and was just the nicest hostess! The apartment was located in a walking distance to the station (20 min walk) and ca. 15-20 to the heart of the old town. Was really great. I would definitely return!
